Some of the security settings in OLE have to be changed.
Here is how to do this:
- open OLE
- click on "Tools" button in the upper part of OLE
- select "Options" from the drop down menu
- go to the "Security" tab
- remove the check mark from "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus"
- click the "OK" button
- close OLE
- open OLE
Now you should be able to open pictures and attachments.
